Tee Off Against Asthma - Zoe Kennedy Cup
Last week Adam and James from Hygge joined Lyons Place builder Figurehead Construction at the fourth annual Zoe Kennedy Cup to raise funds for the Zoe Kennedy Foundation (ZKF).
Aiming to improve Asthma outcomes in young people, the Foundation is close to the hearts of the Figurehead team established in memory of Figurehead Construction Manager Lach Kennedy's daughter - Zoe, who died suddenly of an Asthma attack in 2020.
The ZKF fundraising event at the Moonah Links Golf Course is supported by many of Figurehead’s clients, subcontractors, consultants and suppliers - including the concreting and window suppliers for Lyons Place.
While the Hygge team with Figurehead’s Danny Dottori and Dylan Mercer didn’t take home the overall win - James was successful in taking home a prize for longest drive of the day.
Funds raised at this year’s golf day tipped ZKF over the $500K milestone - with proceeds supporting ongoing research and initiatives aimed at improving asthma management and providing better care for young people affected by the condition.
Guest speakers following the event included medical professionals working to make a difference to the lives of young people and their families living with Asthma.
