Homes underway at The Roads

Since homesites in Stage 1 at The Roads titled in October last year, several homes are now well underway in the new Mount Clear neighbourhood.

Purchasers of land at The Roads can design and build their homes with their preferred designer and builder on their chosen homesite. All homes must accord with The Roads Design Guidelines.  

The Design Guidelines encourage innovative design solutions and contemporary sustainable homes embracing the natural and earthy tones of the surrounding Mount Clear landscape.  

Setting a clear benchmark for the delivery of high-quality homes at The Roads, the Guidelines also play an important role in shaping the character of the new community to provide all residents with the confidence that their neighbouring homes will be as well considered as their own.

A range of builders have started building at The Roads including Hudson Ridge, Langdon Building, Twomey Homes, JG King, Sheridan Homes and Burbunk. Images above taken recently of a selection of some of the homes now underway at The Roads.

Following the issue of Stage 2 titles at The Raods Oasis Building Group will start home building.
