Watch this space...projects in planning!

Hygge Property have several projects in the design and planning phase across regional Victoria in Ballarat, Daylesford and Geelong.

A permit application for our Sim Street project was recently lodged with the City of Ballarat. To be launched under the name ‘Chisholm Green’, the plans for the project comprise 37 generous townhouses fronting the Chisholm Street reserve in the well-established Black Hill neighbourhood.

An exciting mixed-use precinct forming part of the Bakery Hill revitalisation plan has been through a formal design review process with the City of Ballarat. Designed by architect Six Degrees, the precinct represents a significant regeneration opportunity of the project site and is planned to include commercial, residential and public open spaces. A permit application will soon follow.

In Daylesford, a permit application has been lodged with the Shire of Hepburn for 31 sustainable homes. Located within the Middleton Field neighbourhood, homes have been designed by leading architect Breathe and will establish a new benchmark for sustainable housing outcomes in the region.

A permit application for a luxury small-scale apartment building located in Little Ryrie Street in Geelong is in the final stages of preparation. This unique project designed by architect Cera Stribley is located at the doorstep of the Geelong Arts and Cultural Precinct.

All new projects will provide for carbon-neutral living, with green electricity being the only form of energy available. Visit Future Projects for more information about individual projects and updates.
