Build activity in Geelong and Ballarat

Glenvill Projects are now well underway with work on the townhomes at The Bottleworks in South Geelong.

Despite recent persistent rain, underground works are nearing completion and concreting has begun. Slabs for the townhomes will be progressively poured across October and November (see image below).

The project team at The Bottleworks are working towards an appointment of a builder for The Bottleworks apartments, with settlement for both townhomes and apartments projected to occur together at the end of 2023.

In Ballarat North, the construction programme at Lydiard Park is at the tail-end.

While settlement of the townhouses at Lydiard Park was delayed by material procurement and limited subcontractor availability experienced across the construction industry in Victora this year, the project team have worked hard to manage these issues with settlement anticipated soon.

It has been wonderful to see the finer detail emerging in the design by Porter Architects at Lydiard Park with the textured curved brick and timber detailing on all townhouses nearing completion.

The project team for Lyons Place in Ballarat Central are working towards appointing a builder and commencing demolition on-site towards the end of this year. To make way for those works, the on-site display suite will close in early December.
