An extended liaison at Bistro Terroir

Adam Davidson from Hygge Property speaks to guests at the lunch.

Our Middleton Field project team alongside Belle Property, Daylesford recently hosted a long lunch at Bistro Terroir in Daylesford.

The team joined a group of key property professionals and local advocates to talk about the beauty of regional living and Middleton Field - a new neighbourhood in Daylesford embracing local living, contemporary architecture and clean energy.

The team also revealed plans for the village homes designed by leading sustainable architect Breathe which are coming soon to Middleton Field.

Located an easy 10-minute walk from Middleton Field, it was a treat to dine at Bistro Terroir an award-winning Victorian restaurant with beautiful local French food and an A-grade wine list. With a passion for local food and drinks, chef/owner Matthew Carnell, has brought his skills as a chef at a Michelin 2 star restaurant in France, to Daylesford.

A big shout out to local retailer Buster Magee for generously donating a local gift for one lucky attendee, local builder Sebastian Hardwick of Hardwick Build Co (image below).
