Lyons Place progress in Ballarat Central

Figurehead Construction are making good progress on the building structure at Lyons Place. Watch timelapse footage from the on-site camera below capturing recent works.

Internal fit out works are projected to begin mid-year with many local sub-contractors and suppliers to work with Figurehead to complete these works.

The Figurehead team recently finalised interior material selections following extensive consultation with Chamberlain Architects including architects Glen Chamberlain and Ella Leoncio - the design duo behind both the exterior and interiors at Lyons Place.

Construction of the building and all external works are anticipated to be completed in early 2025.
