Builder appointment at Lyons Place

The appointed builder for Lyons Place has been announced as Figurehead Construction.

A recognised industry leader, Figurehead is a Melbourne-based construction business with a reputation for delivering high quality multi-residential projects.

With over 100 completed projects and a large diverse team, Figurehead brings both capability and capacity to the Lyons Place build. 

The team from Figurehead have now commenced works on-site at Lyons Place.

Working alongside the project team including Hygge Property and the project architect Chamberlain Architecture, the build is anticipated to be completed in the first half of 2025.

To mark the significant project milestone at Lyons Place, the breaking of ground was celebrated on-site by Figurehead and the project team including project sales agent Rebecca Stepnell from Jellis Craig, Ballarat.

The City of Ballarat’s mayor, Des Hudson and CEO, Evan King were also both in attendance.

Since its sales launch last year, Lyons Place has seen incredible success with more than 50% of the residences now sold. There is a particular interest from people looking to downsize in the project. With its central location and considered design, Lyons Place caters well for this cohort.

The project team attribute the success to a confidence in well-designed apartment living in Ballarat.
