Works update at Lyons Place

Figurehead Construction are continuing to make good progress at Lyons Place. See below recent image of the building taken from Lyons Street North in December showing the framing now underway for the townhouses.

Works at Lyons Place remain on programme and are scheduled for completion mid-2025.

The building structure is complete with the Hygge project team alongside builder Figurehead Construction recently ‘topping out’ Lyons Place to mark the completion of the building’s structural phase.

Façade works are underway with the installation of regionally made Krause bricks nearing completion through local Ballarat bricklayers Lawler Bricklaying (images below). The installation of the remaining external cladding is also advancing.

Other recently completed works include installation of windows across all levels (images below taken from recent site inspection on Level 6) as well as services to the lower half of the building.

Finishes and interior works have now commenced including framing and plastering from Level 4 and installing cabinetry and tiling at Levels 1 and 2.
