Coming soon - Lyons Place façade reveal

An exciting reveal is happening over the coming months (March - April) at Lyons Place with the external scaffolding to be removed in stages.

The removal will unveil the full extent of the building’s façade, with the courtyard scaffolding the first section to go.  

Current works

With the external windows, brickwork and precast concrete elements of the building complete, internal site works are now the focus for the Figurehead Construction team.

Internal works underway include at:

• Levels 5 and 6 – plastering, stopping and sanding (pre-painting stage)

• Levels 3 and 4 – installation of joinery

• Level 2 – installation of services, fit-off and water proofing

• Ground and Level 1 – installation of flooring

Construction of the townhouses has advanced over the past month with insulation and plaster works now well underway.

Coming soon…Lyons Place displays

Finished and furnished display apartments on the ground floor at Lyons Place will soon be available to view via private appointment.

The displays will be the ideal opportunity for anyone wanting to walk through and experience the internal finishes of a Lyons Place apartment before project completion. More details to be released soon.   

What next?

Works at Lyons Place remain on track and scheduled for completion mid-2025. Construction updates will continue to be shared via the journal page.
