Hygge Property are seeking an Assistant Development Manager to join the team.

Work with our development managers and marketing team across our Melbourne and Ballarat offices to support the design, planning, sales and delivery of our varied land, townhouse and apartment projects.

YOUR ROLE

Managing all administrative aspects of the property project lifecycle under the guidance of our development managers including:

  • assisting in preparing key briefing and scoping documentation, progress reports, budgets and marketing material;

  • attending project meetings and site inspections with key stakeholders and consultants as required; and

  • maintaining project feasibilities.

ABOUT YOU

You are highly interested in property development with qualifications in property development, construction, civil or equivalent experience in a property related role. The successful person doesn’t need to have extensive development experience but must be:

  • capable of working independently and taking initiative;

  • a good communicator and not afraid to share an opinion; and

  • keen to continue learning and developing skills in a supportive environment.
