Construction starts at Middleton Field

Since its launch, Middleton Field has welcomed purchasers of the homesites in Collections 1 and 2 (both Stage 1 collections are now sold out).

At the beginning of April this year, Stage 1 civil construction works started at Middleton Field. This means plenty of activity will be happening on-site including earthworks to allow for the service installations (sewer, drainage, water, electrical and communications).

All approvals required to commence civil construction have been received, with the team at Middleton Field working closely with Hepburn Shire Council to obtain these permissions. The civil works contract was awarded to Rustel Construction.

The first purchasers at Middleton Field are excited to begin their homebuilding journey in beautiful Daylesford, using the Middleton Field Design Guidelines as the starting point to designing a contemporary sustainable home.

Building on the strong character of Daylesford, the Design Guidelines explain the vision in creating Middleton Field and the objectives to bring that vision to life.
