Structure underway at Lyons Place

Figurehead have commenced works on the Lyons Place building structure. Construction started following the significant achievement of pouring the ground slab this month (April 2024).

The building will start to take shape across 2024 with internal fit out works projected to begin mid-year. Many local sub-contractors and suppliers will work with Figurehead to complete these works.

As construction of the building progresses, interest is increasing for all remaining homes at Lyons Place.
