Launch of sales at Lyons Place

1 May 2022

Since its sales launch in March this year, over 70% of the first release of apartment and penthouse homes at Lyons Place are now sold.

Ballarat is experiencing a population boom and for a long time, the housing market has responded with development on the outer fringes.  By offering flexible living options in the heart of the city, Lyons Place signals a clear shift in the response to this growth and injects some much-needed diversity in the housing market.

With daily private appointments taking place in the display suite on-site, it has been clear there has been particular interest from people looking to downsize.

The proximity to the Hospital Precinct, Ballarat Train Station and Gov Hub has also meant many young professionals have been keen to visit the display suite, which is housed in the existing red brick heritage building on the site (to be retained as a café as part of the project).

The majority of purchasers (who at this stage are over 90% owner-occupiers) have pointed to the external design of the building by Chamberlain Architects and quality of fixtures as highlights.
