A Modern Heritage

Crossman Row is a special collection of 8 boutique townhouses in one of Ballarat’s most coveted suburbs, Soldiers Hill. 

Representing a modern interpretation on the architectural heritage of Soldiers Hill, traditional textures were adopted and injected into the design by Porter Architects.

Described by locals as the ‘Carlton’ of Ballarat, Soldiers Hill offers heritage tree lined streetscapes with village amenity including cafes, pubs, a local post office, hair and beauty and primary schools.  

Constructed by local builder Hayden Bromley Building using recycled red bricks, the Crossman Row townhouses were completed in 2019.
