Davey Street community grows

The Ballarat Hygge Property team have moved, with the regional office now located on the ground floor of Nightingale Ballarat at 11 Davey Street.

The central location is perfect. Only a short walk from the station, it means Melbourne office staff and other visitors from outside of Ballarat can easily visit the Hygge office.

With residents now living in the Nightingale Ballarat building, there is a real mixed precinct, eclectic laneway vibe happening. Later this year, the growing Davey Street community will be joined by Earl’s Deli - a new hospitality space created by locals Drew Harry and Teddy Powlett.

Earl’s Deli will serve up coffee, a rotating array of ​fresh sandwiches and quality local produce out of a purpose built cafe space in the Nightingale building with a real ‘hole in the wall’ vibe.
