Construction begins at The Roads

Works are underway at The Roads in Mount Clear!

All approvals required to commence civil construction have been received, with The Roads team working closely with the Ballarat City Council to obtain these permissions.

Winslow Construction, a highly experienced national company with a regional base in Ballarat have been awarded the civil works contract.

With demolition of the existing dwelling and sheds complete, Winslow have erected perimeter fencing and commenced earthworks to allow for service installations, including sewerage, drainage, water, electrical and communications.

Construction timeframes

Construction is expected to be completed at the beginning of 2024. Factors such as weather or unforeseen contractor delays may impact this estimate. If this occurs, future residents will be notified.

Settlement dates will be provided to residents as The Roads team gains more certainty on the civil works program.
