Onsite at The Bottleworks

Construction is well underway at The Bottleworks, with the site team from Glenvill Projects pleased with the milestones achieved over the past two months.

While all homes at The Bottleworks are underway, the townhomes are at different stages of completion.

On the most advanced homes electrical, mechanical, plumbing and insulation has been completed internally with painting commenced in early July.

Other homes have either been roofed and externally wrapped with cladding underway or are ready for the erection of structural steel with scaffolding now in place.

Whilst some delays were experienced due to recent weather conditions, all homes are now making steady progress.

The project team are anticipating preliminary works for The Bottleworks apartments will commence in August with final details of a builder appointment for these homes to be released soon.

The preliminary works include ‘re-sleeving’ the existing columns and various other structural reinforcement to retain the heritage fabric of the building, whilst facilitating its repurposing to residential apartments. Watch this space!
